Really positive experience with James at Focus Referrals. He is really knowledgeable, and manages to translate that quite complex information into language and even pictures that I understand. He’s very kind to boo-boo, and to me.. Crucially, the medication he prescribed and the other treatments I carried out meant that boo-boo’s eye ulcers Rapidly healed. I’m very grateful.

I highly recommend Focus Referrals to anyone who is looking for gold standard care for their animal. Everyone from the welcoming reception team, the knowledgeable nurses and excellent vets made me feel at ease and confident leaving my cat Agnes for surgery. A special thanks to Mike, who went above and beyond for both me and Agnes with both his empathetic and professional approach. Hopefully Agnes and I do not need to return any time soon!
