Wanted to bring all 4 of my pets to this practice, following a moce from London. Called on the day of the visit, 2 hours before the scheduled appointments for 3 of the cats (annual booster)- unfortunately my father left the back door open by mistake and they all escaped (they are outdoor cats) and got grief from receptionist that I have now wasted 45 min of vets time and if I want to rebook she won’t do all 3 cats at the same time (as “punishment?”) only 2, so I would have to do the journey twice- when I questioned this I was told, ok fine, she can do 3 cats if I guaranteed to show up this time (as I have been “a bad girl?”) I said I cannot guarantee because life happens and something else may come up that will force me cancel. Decided not to proceed at all, will be finding a different vet- I don’t appreciate being punished like a school girl, and unfortunately this is how it felt. So sorry vets for pets Bicester but you have lost a customer. I have an booked with you for the fourth pet, but I won’t show up and I won’t even call you this time. Terrible terrible service, please retrain your reception staff as they seemed to forget their job is customer service, and not deciding how to punish customers

Dear Vets for Pets Team, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received. Due to the high prices at local vets, I had to take my dog to The Dogs Trust in Shrewsbury for an operation, which was £2,000 less than a quote I received from a Bicester vet. However, this meant a five-hour round trip to get her stitches removed, which would have been very distressing for her. I was delighted to find that I could contact Vets for Pets via WhatsApp and send pictures of the stitches. A nurse reviewed them and agreed to remove them for me. When I called to register, Jane, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and efficient . I was given an appointment for the same afternoon, and all the stitches were removed within minutes for the bargain price of £28. The nurse (Jessica)who removed them was absolutely wonderful as well. I am truly grateful for the efficient and reasonably priced service provided. I have now permanently registered with Vets for Pets and will wholeheartedly recommend your services. Thank you again, Sarah and Noodle

We absolutely couldn’t thank the Bicester team enough, they went above and beyond for our little Cocoa and were very grateful owners. Thank you for your outstanding work, day in and out, it certainly doesn’t go unnoticed!

Vets4Pets Bicester are truly fantastic people from the front desk, through to the nurses and vets. They looked after our dog extremely well throughout his time and looked after us really well when he had gone. We can’t recommend this fantastic team enough. Thank you so much for making things so easy for us and the character that was Murphy.
