Always helpful and respectful of me and the dogs. I like vets you can have a discussion with, who listen to your opinion and experience. I've not been disappointed with any of the vets I've seen here.

Never had any issues with Larkmead and they offer really good deals.

Never been treated here myself, but the staff are all friendly and efficient. Max, however, hates the place and doesn't talk to me for hours after I take him there.

I love Larkmead, they've looked after my dog so well that Even though I leave 25 minutes away I still travel back to have him seen there. Professional, friendly and always able to see us when we have an emergency.

Staff are very friendly, sympathetic and helpful. I bring all of my pets here and the care has always been excellent. Disabled access is possible but tricky in a wheelchair due to the steep ramp up to the door (this is at the Park Road site). However the receptionists are always very helpful and have helped me up/down the ramp as needed.
