My dog had a bad experience with a male vet when he was a puppy. Since then he has had trouble trusting vets. This is displayed by barking, but wagging his tail at the same time. ? Danny was excellent in giving him the correct treatment without stressing him out. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and understanding. He's lovely really, just a bit loud.

Really good service. We are new to the area and our cat had a slight issue with her claw, called up and they had us in the next day. Lovely team and many thanks to the lovely Scottish lady who looked after our Luna and give her a manicure. Thank you for giving us peace of mind and informing us to the issue. Always on time for the appointment, smiling team. Last time I went, which was a schedule check up + vaccination, the Vet managed to remove 2 x long grass bits from my dog's ear without opting straight away for her easy option/my expensive option which would have been sedation. 2 x happy customers: my dog & myself

First visit with our pup for his first check-up. Friendly staff and he was made a fuss of. He felt very relaxed and calm. He had a very prompt appointment with the vet without any dramas. A pleasant visit.

Excellent! Everyone is so welcoming and care for my dog has been the best. Fiona our vet is fantastic, she has a natural way with animals and always goes out of her way to make my dog feel comfortable around her before giving him his treatment. The nurses and receptionists are lovely too.
