Again, the staff here were very helpful and friendly, lovely with my boy and with me. There were two receptionist, one was lovely the other wasn't so friendly, I feel of your working on a reception you need to be able to smile and be caring towards people regardless of your own personal circumstances, it wouldn't stop me from going there though, it's also in a beautiful location and good for a dog walk. Lovely independent veterinary practice that has looked after our standard poodles through thick and thin. Our vet, Chris, is a talented diagnostic surgeon and a truly caring vet. I highly recommend.

I recently took our dog, Maggie, in for post-op care following her c-section—her second major visit to the vet within a week. Surprisingly, Maggie seemed to enjoy the visit and even got a treat, a dog enjoying a visit to the vets is a first for us! We were able to get an emergency appointment within an hour, and the vet provided all the post-surgery care we needed. The front desk staff were polite and patient throughout. You can really tell that this chain of vets genuinely cares about the animals they treat. Thank you for the excellent service!
