Lovely practice, we can always be seen if there’s a problem and the staff are really helpful and friendly

The staff are friendly and good to the animals. They are willing share their knowledge for the good of your pets. The place is clean and convenient location.

My experience of my last visit was poor: I opted for a lunchtime visit: 1:10pm because I work a 9-5 I was not seen until 1:55pm. I normally visit the Chinnor site which I have never had an issues with. I had to visit the Thame practice because of Chinnor being shut. I think Thame practice is overstretched and understaffed which is unacceptable for the fees Sprintz and Nash charges it's patrons. Lots of Sprintz and Nash customers come for the customer care rather than price. Since Mr. Sprintz left this has definatly changed. Customer care is not spamming you customers inbox with emails it's investing in your staff.

I recently took my dog to Sprintz and Nash after he developed an infection. After an initial consultation (£69), he was prescribed just three days' worth of antibiotics (£35) along with an anti-inflammatory (£38), which thankfully helped clear up the infection. I was initially happy to go in for the follow-up check-up, especially as I had taken out the Pet Plan Plus, meaning I wasn’t paying for the consultation out of pocket. However, it's important to note that without the plan — or if I were to cancel or move elsewhere — the follow-up would still have cost £69. At the follow-up, I was charged again (£35) for just two more days of antibiotics. I find this approach very frustrating. A standard five-day course of antibiotics should have been prescribed from the start. Instead, it feels as though the practice is more focused on generating extra charges at every opportunity rather than providing straightforward, effective care. Sadly, this experience has left me disappointed and questioning their priorities.

My wife has already reviewed these guys based on their care of her rescue hamsters, but after the last week with our new cat Bumblebee I need to add one as well. These guys have gone above and beyond looking after him, and I've never seen a vet where everyone from the reception to nurses to the vets themselves are so happy to see a pet. We got him from a local rescue that unfortunately neglected to get him bloodwork done and so it came down to us to identify the issues with him after adopting him. This has been a heavy cost on us but Spritz & Nash always did their best to minimise it without impacting Bee's quality of care. We've used previous vets around us that eventually got bought out by big groups and have gone downhill, and I hope this never happens with Spritz & Nash because the quality of care here is unmatched compared to other vets around, and they should remain proud of that.
