Been having some problems with my elderly dog and thought I'd try an independent vet to help as I'd heard good things about them. My partner spent a considerable amount of time on the phone to them explaining the problems, they told him it sounded like dementia and arthritis and they requested I send an email. So I spent my lunch break writing an email detailing our problems and worries. The next day I received a reply telling me it sounds like behavioural problems and to contact a behaviourist and that they have no space to take on new patients. Absolutely wasted both of our times and it's always advised to see a vet before a behaviourist to rule out any medical problems but apparently not!

I am so glad I found this vet, what an amazing team here. Super friendly, easy to book and very accommodating. It’s rare in this day and age to find a vet that isn’t just a revolving door … Our cat that can be quite sassy and completely freaked out at another vet to the point where they wouldn’t see him without sedation … but here was much calmer and didn’t need sedating to be seen and they were very patient with him. Amazing vets ! They are just superb, the service is exemplary and the staff are always so helpful. Our little patterdale George was attacked by a muntjac earlier and we rushed into the surgery, a walk in emergency. They swiftly took him and sutured his wound . No fuss, just dealt with the emergency . Half the price of Medivet in the village too

Unfortunately, I lost two dogs and the care and love I received was amazing. I was soooo upset and they let us grieve with our beloved bubbas when they passed, can't thank them enough they are very professional and caring. They took care of everything. I can't praise them enough. Thank you again.
