Took our 14 year old dog Fizz for his annual booster and to have his anal glands emptied before our trip into the EU. Great friendly staff.

Thank you to the Henley Vets and especially to Dr Nora for her knowledgeable and compassionate care of a beloved but unwell chicken. It’s hard to find a vet with avian experience and this is my second positive experience at TVC for chicken care.

The staff are very nice and attentive, but my 1 star review is for your pricing. For a rabies shot; you charge over £85. It's significantly cheaper at many reputable practices nearby. I was also recently quoted £250 for a health certificate. Complete scam when you can get the same thing for £100 in many other places. This type of predatory pricing is obviously aimed towards what the practice percieves as it's primary customer bases's mean income in the greater Henley area. Utter rip off merchants.

Henley Vets has again proved a caring, wonderfully competent and helpful team! My 1 year old lab had the most professional and brilliant pre-care, surgery and post-care from the team after an issue with her eye. At every stage of process and, no matter which vet we saw, there was a consistent duty of care and a real underlying passion for the animals. Not once have we felt profit prevails over care which is why I felt a review was important - Independent Vets are diminishing across the country. Henley Vets is a perfect example why they must remain! I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you team for your incredible level of care and compassion!

Following a horrific dog attack on my dog Ellie, the care we received from the team at The Veterinary Centre, Henley was exceptional. From the reception staff to the vets and nurses, everyone showed such kindness, compassion and professionalism during a very distressing time. Ellie received outstanding treatment and support, and I’m incredibly grateful for the skill and care shown to both Ellie and myself. Truly a wonderful team — thank you.

The best vets in Henley! Well experienced staff and very kind. They are always willing to help and look after my dogs and cats with so much affection. Couldn’t recommend anywhere else. This is the place you will have peace of mind - they are treated as family members! Like they should be x

We’ve been taking our dog here since she was a puppy (she’s now 15 months old), and we couldn’t be happier with the care she’s received. The whole team is friendly, accessible, and professional — always taking the time to explain things and make sure our dog feels comfortable. It’s also really easy to book appointments and arrange check-ups, which makes everything stress-free. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring and reliable vet!

I have used Henley Vet for a long time and particularly their practice in Twyford. Because they are independent they give a very personal service and continuity of care for my four legged friends has been amazing. As we know, it's awful when you've a poorly pet, but they keep in touch and provide excellent follow-up care.
