Absolutely outstanding care for our beloved Diesel ❤️ I honestly cannot thank the whole team enough for the incredible care, kindness and compassion they showed to us and, most importantly, to our beloved Diesel. Saying goodbye to Diesel was one of the hardest things we have ever had to go through. He had been such a huge part of our family for 15 years, and making that final decision was absolutely heartbreaking. From the moment we arrived, the team treated Diesel with so much love, dignity and respect. They didn’t make us feel rushed or like he was just another animal — they genuinely understood that he was a very important member of our family. The care they gave him was absolutely beautiful. They were gentle, patient, reassuring and incredibly compassionate throughout the whole process. They also looked after us as a family, explaining everything and giving us the time and space we needed to say goodbye properly. Even afterwards, the way Diesel was cared for meant so much to us. When we went back to see him, he had been treated with such dignity and respect, and we could see just how much care had gone into looking after him. That meant more to us than we could ever put into words. It takes a very special kind of person to work with animals and families at such an emotional time, and every member of the team who cared for Diesel deserves an enormous thank you. You didn’t just look after our dog — you looked after a beloved member of our family, and you looked after us too. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for our beautiful Diesel. ❤️🐾 We will never forget the kindness you showed him and our family. You are an absolutely amazing team, and we couldn’t have wished for better care for our boy. Thank you for giving Diesel the dignity, love and respect he deserved right until the very end. ❤️🌈🐾 Ryan Paige reeve phoebe and diesel (dd) x you are incredible x x x x

I am extremely grateful to vets Marius and Greg, plus the team of assistants for their compassion, kindness and professional skill in supporting my dear 12 yr old cat Bede (and myself) on his recent journey through diagnosis, medication and to end of life. They ensured that he didn't suffer but had quality of life for what were a very special last few weeks of his precious life. They couldn't have been more kind and helpful. A heartfelt thank you for your high quality, affordable, sensitive service.

Really caring, thoughtful and kind staff who treated my dog for an acute illness recently. Costs were discussed up front and clearly itemised on the invoice. My dog also gets her annual checkup and vaccinations here. Highly recommended.

I would not personally choose to use this veterinary practice again. The veterinary nurses were kind and professional, but my experience with the attending vet was very distressing. My dog attended for a routine castration, and I was later informed that he had become conscious during the procedure. That evening, once home, he became increasingly upset and appeared to be in significant discomfort. By around 11pm, he was crying and extremely distressed, so we took him to Medivet in Woodstock. They were excellent and provided further pain relief and anxiety medication, which helped him settle almost immediately. I had already paid Medivet directly for their call-out and treatment. However, I raised a concern with the original practice that this additional cost could potentially have been avoided if adequate pain medication had been provided for the first night as a precaution. I explained that I was happy to pay for medication itself, but I felt it was reasonable to question the extra call-out fee. Unfortunately, the response I received was defensive and focused solely on payment, with no acknowledgement of the distress my dog experienced. Since the procedure, my dog has also become very anxious about travelling, which had not been an issue before. While I appreciate the nursing staff, based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable returning to this practice with my animals and I will be reporting this to RCVS for their opinion.
