Staff not very nice at all vet lady l saw with my dog l found rude she made no effort to communicate with me over my disability so who knows what she said, l was in and out within minutes then you get the massive bill ( please pay today ) for a service you felt they didn't care about your pet whom we love dearly 🤔😢

Absolutely horrific experience. When we questioned the cost, we were told we could look elsewhere for a better price, but that our dog could die if we wasted time. Faced with that kind of pressure, what choice did we feel we had? Our dog developed sepsis following the operation and died just 10 days later. We are devastated and deeply unhappy with how his care was handled. Our experience has left us feeling that, with large corporate veterinary chains like this, money can come before giving owners the time, information and alternatives they need to make such an enormous decision. Our warning to other pet owners: ask questions, demand that every alternative is properly discussed and, where possible, get a second opinion. We desperately wish we had.

I've been going to Hart Vets for years and always receive good service and care there. I always get seen quite quickly when I make appointments, even on the day appointments when my cat is poorly.
